I had an appointment scheduled more than 2 weeks in advance on a Friday only to have it canceled the day before, and then was told I could not schedule anything on a Friday… the whole reason I chose this provider was because I have very limited availability, and the only time I have available is on Fridays.

My experience was good. It was a telemedicine appointment the doctor was amazing she was super nice and listened well she seems like a very kind caring person my son has autism and he dreads appointments and usually doesn’t like his doctors but he actually liked speaking with her and looks forward to his next appointment with her which is wonderful! My only issue was with the website having some issues not connecting to my audio and camera off and on and disconnecting multiple times even with a strong and fast internet connection.

The services I received from (Mindful Behavioral Solutions) is excellent. No. ( Faith Ogala) is friendly, good listener, and patient. She took her time to ensure that I am properly informed about my daughter's mental health and care. She also took her time to ask my daughter how she is doing in school and generally. That made my daughter to open up more to her. I would have no problems in recommending her to my friends, colleagues and my extended family.
