Dr. Steinmetz was fine once I got to see her. Nevertheless, you emailed, texted, or phoned me at least 6 times to remind me of my visit. I am an adult and I keep track of my appointments. I do not need any reminders.
Second, you asked that I come 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment at 3:30 PM and I did; however, I sat there with nothing to do the whole time.
After I saw the nurse, I waited at least a half hour before seeing Dr. Steinmetz. So my wait time was 1 hour and 15 minutes total. Not good.

Dr. Steinmetz was professional, competent, knowledgeable and kind as well as demonstrating a sincere and helpful approach to treating me as an individual and my health concerns as unique to me.
The assisting nurse, Christy, was courteous, friendly, professional and competent as well.

She listens, is thorough, and exhibits that she is very knowledgeable. Very personable. She takes the time to look at labs and do ratios without relying on the reports to say all is normal. She catches things most doctors miss and has a lot of practical insights. I highly recommend.
