I am glad I've met Doctor Doulova, she helped my son to overcome his anxiety and depression during High School. She is professional and personable at the same time. She was available by phone when I needed to talk to her about my son's worries. Now he feels much better and confident about himself.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist with specialties in child, adolescent and adult psychiatry. I have comprehensive professional experience in medical and mental health care. I am dedicated to providing each patient with excellent care matched with their unique needs. My approach is easy to understand and follow. My professional philosophy is grounded in the treatment stabilization and recovery model. My background is diverse, including treatment of a severely-ill population. Even in that extreme situation, I observed great improvement and complete remission of symptoms in many of my patients. As your mental health and well being are important to you, my professionalism and ethics in my practice are important to me. With mutual collaboration I guarantee the success of the treatment.
I provide the following child and adult psychiatric services: Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations and Private Consultations, Treatment Planning and Medication Management. Individual and Family Psychotherapy are offered upon request. I often collaborate with any other necessary organizations as needed. If you have any questions about these services, please feel free to contact.
You will experience a calm, upscale and relaxing environment in my office. Patients are given complete confidentiality with a large private waiting area and a separate exit. Free parking is available for your convenience. We are steps away from Subway and LIRR Forest Hills station

thorough and patient, I never felt rushed when seeing her. laid back, lofty and very private office, appointments scheduled with enough extra time between each preventing overruns and waiting room backups.

When I found out that I was getting a new doctor I prayed to get a good one and luckily I finally had a doctor who actually listened to what I had to say. We talked about my positives and negatives and for once I actually looked forward to my upcoming appointment. I felt supported and understood.

I have been seeing Dr. Doulova for a few months. I like coming to my appointment even ahead of time and just walk in gardens collecting my thoughts. I like my appointments. Feel I use my time efficiently. She is not only treating my symptoms with medications, she also gives good advice and provides information to read on self improvement and so on. She helped me a lot to overcome my fears.
