Dr Majette is Professional and is an excellent physician. The front desk staff is not always friendy depending on who is working the desk.

I always love the visit with Mario Majette. I do not like the front office staff, I signed in at 12:19 for a 12:30 appointment. The lady didn't ask for my copay until 12:50 and never explained why the wait. Then I am sitting in the office listening to nurse and and front desk lady, laugh and talking while I am sitting there waiting to have blood taken, just unprofessional front staff, I was not pleased at all.

I was charged quite a bit for the Dr. Artis to look in my throat and ears to basically tell me nothing is wrong. Way too expensive. I was referred to a specialist who did a more thorough exam and prescribed medication for the problem. The bill was less than Dr. Majette's office. Will not recommend.

Dr. Majette and his staff are excellent! I have found my new PCP, the bedside manner of everyone here is superb. They make you feel very welcome, and it felt more like I was having a conversation with old friends than at the doctors office. Will definitely be recommending this office to everyone I know.

He answered all of my questions and recommended further routine testing as part of an annual physical. The actual physical consultation was just testing my breathing with a stethoscope, and looking at eyes and mouth with flashlight. It didn't feel very comprehensive compared with past physicals. None of the health history or insurance information I provided in Zocdoc was transferred to the office so I had to fill out paper forms when I arrived for the appointment.

I liked the doctor and his nurse. Given my medical issue- Dr Majette was available on a Saturday which was a bonus. He asked the right questions- listened to my concerns and desired outcome - and answered any questions I had. He was professional, competent, and it was nice to interact with him.
Fortunately, the receptionist/intake person does not reflect on Dr Magette's style or competence. This was a first time visit- If I was not so desperate for relief- I would of walked out after my interactions with the reception person. Wow! This person should not be in this position! Not just me- she was terrible and only got worse. The worst experience with a medical receptionist in my life. She has nothing to offer- relation?? If you can get past her- it gets better. I still do not know how much the visit will cost? I got no paperwork from her. She was impolite and incompetent in my view. I will likely not return because of her.... plain and simple. Oh yeah- my first clue was when she called and wanted me to move my appt 20 minutes earlier?? She has terrible phone manners and is worse in person.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and she was so helpful. The receptionist even made great conversation as I waited. Once I was seen to get my blood pressure taken and temp, the nurse was fast but she really didn't seem so nice with her service. It was like she wanted me out of the room as quickly, made me real very uncomfortable. The rest of the time I was there I was hoping that the doctor wasn't rude or quick as she was. Turned out she was awesome very helpful and listened. Too sum it all up I had a great visit and I'm sure I will have more too come.

This is my second appointment with Dr. Majette. As always, he listened closely and attentively to everything I said. Did not rush the visit and advised me with his best expertise. I felt like I mattered. He is my #1 option for health concerns, so I'll definitely go back, if I need.

This place used to be only a walk-in clinic but they have since moved to mainly taking appointments. That being said, I walked in the other day around 6:30pm and even though they were full, Dr. Majette agreed to squeeze me in and wasn't the least bit annoyed by the extra patient! His receptionist was also extremely friendly and went to extra lengths to make me feel comfortable. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place; you'll always get the best attention and care.

I had an EXCELLENT visit! The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The Doctor was very attentive and friendly. He seemed genuinely concerned about my well being, I guess initial paperwork made visit a little long, but as mentioned it was very pleasant. I highly recommend this office!!

They were all friendly, and they had children's books in the waiting room which was perfect for my son. We were there thirty minutes late due to my own staff meeting and they didn't judge me harshly on my tardiness.
The doctor was very nice, funny, and personable. I will visit with him again!
