Yolanda was the KINDEST person ever and she does the best blood draws. I was nervous to go to my appointment (fear of doctors etc), but they all made me very comfortable!!! I’ll definitely return to Dr. Costello. She was very kind and helpful!

Dr. Costello was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She took a lot of time answering my questions and examining my infant child. I never felt rushed in anyway. My wait time was so short that we had barely sat down. All of the nurses that treated me were also extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Costello.

I felt uneasy with check-in and checkout interactions with the staff. I was told what I need to do the next time I come in a condescending demeanor. I noticed the staff didn't smile or made me feel at ease.
When I come into a medical facility I would like to see the staff smiling and engaging.

I felt Dr. Costello really listened to me and did a great job of explaining things and making me feel comfortable. I have a chronic illness, so I’ve experienced lots of different doctors. Also my list of meds, medical history and symptoms is long and sometimes confusing. She was so patient and asked great questions to understand. She didn’t ignore or downplay any symptoms I explained, which I appreciate greatly! I even got extremely dizzy during my bloodwork (my fault, I should’ve hydrated better) and the nurse stopped right away and had me lay down with apple juice, crackers and a pillow. Dr. Costello came back to make sure I was okay and told me to rest as long as I needed to. I will definitely be back! I would’ve gave all 5 stars, but the office wasn’t the nicest. I’d take good care over a beautiful office any day though!
