**If you are booking an appointment for an ANNUAL PHYSICAL, you must choose this visit type in order to be scheduled for the appropriate amount of time needed with your doctor. Dr. Marissa Newman is a board certified internist who completed her internal medicine training at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell. She focuses her primary care practice on the management of common conditions including hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, hypothyroidism as well as smoking cessation, contraception, medical clearance, cancer screenings and routine or travel vaccinations. Dr. Newman's warm and compassionate bedside manner fosters lifelong patient-physician relationships.
She does not provide gynecological care. If you are in need of a PAP smear or other gynecological services, you should make an appointment with a gynecologist.
