I was supposed to have an in person appointment but they called me 30 minutes prior to see if I wanted to do virtual instead. I said sure because it was just a consultation. This meant I needed to fill out the paperwork online, however they didn’t get it to me until 5 minutes prior to the appointment time, which would have been ok if it actually worked, but they said they could only see 1 of the 3 things filled out on their end. Then they sent me a PDF to fill out, only part of which was fillable online, otherwise I had to print and scan it back to them. Again, all would’ve been ok except they wouldn’t allow the dr to start the appointment with me until they had this paperwork completed. Because of THEIR request and subsequent mess up of paperwork, I wasn’t seen until 75 minutes after my scheduled time. It would have been better if I had just gone in person. HOWEVER, the dr was great once we actually got to meet and discuss the issues at hand & I will definitely be seeing her again!

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at UC Davis, Dr. Karimabadi completed some Post-Baccalaureate work in Biology at the University of California, San Francisco, before returning to UC Davis for her medical degree. During her residency at Northridge Family Medicine, she was honored as Chief of Medicine Service. "I value the collaboration between the patient, physician, and other specialty services to achieve a common goal towards each individual’s mental and physical health." Dr. Karimabadi likes working through complex medical issues using evidence-based medicine. She is particularly interested in all aspects of women’s health and adolescent care. When not in the office, Dr. Karimabadi enjoys spending time with her family, doing Yoga, painting, hiking, and traveling.
