Visit was great. Quick and right to the point. The Doctor listened to what I had to say and did a full body scan. He also gave me great advice on where to go for a different procedure that I needed to have done ( he made sure this doctor took my insurance as well).

Very professional, made me feel comfortable even though I get nervous at the doctor. Dr. Amster helped me with my problem and also screened me for skin cancer. Friendly, but also gets to the point quickly with your treatment.

Very friendly and efficient! The physical building is tired, but I would rate the my experience overall very positively.

Very friendly, funny, and helpful. I was in and out, in a beat with exactly what I needed. Highly recommended!

This office run professionally and efficiently, but also in a personable way that is comfortable for patients.

Can come off as very dismissive, no bedside manner, left feeling fairly uncomfortable with the visit
Dr. Amster is friendly, very informative, and efficient. 10/10, would recommend
Verified patient
He was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable! I felt comfortable right away.

Doctor was great. Explained everything was quick but focused. Great visit.

Always I feel very good after my visit and also he is a very good doctor.
Very efficient throughout the consult and fast overall check-in.
The doctor was okay, but the facilities weren't very impressive.
Very rushed... he just walked in (without examining me / my issue) and told me to take Claratin. Probably would not go back. The front desk staff was also very unorganized.

Not worth the time. - barely looked at my issues and just prescribed something. 5 min appointment for 30 min wait at a small drab office. Seemed like they just wanted patients in and out for billing purposes.
Straight forward and helped with an issue a previous doctor has misdiagnosed me with. He was efficient and gave me a clear plan of action. I plan to continue to see Dr Amster for all my dermatology needs.

I waited over an hour and a half for a very quick and efficient 15 minute appointment which included a biopsy check on an irregular mole.
Verified patient
Dr Amster has an incredibly great bedside manner and was very thorough in his examination. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I plan to go back for my regular check-ups.
He is very professional. He listened to my concerns, addressed them and spent a fair amount of time with me. He is a treasure so rare in doctors these days.
Verified patient
He was quick and competent! Really nice. Actually treats what you come in for and you leave knowing things are addressed. Does a full body check as part of your first time patient appointment. I feel like I’ve been all checked out now! Office isn’t fancy but it’s the expertise that counts.
Verified patient
Office was unorganized. They didn’t seem to know my appointment was coming, as I heard them arguing in the back room. Doctor identified some spots to biopsy on my skin, but wrote down the wrong side. Luckily he caught it before he started cutting anything. Did not provide much guidance on care after the procedure. He was nice enough and efficient when I saw him, but I worry his rush could lead to oversight.
Verified patient
Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it!

The doctor didn’t take more than 2 mins with me. He didn’t ask about my concerns or history. I was there for skin allergy and want to know how to prevent it. But he took the whole session talking about my acne. When I told him that I was concerned about my allergy, he asked me to contact him when it really happens. Would never go there again.
Very informative, listens to patients. I checked-in, met the doctor who performed the procedure and was out within 40 minutes. Great doctor, and staff were nice too. Appeared to be a little too fast. The office itself reminds me of the 60s, very old, and dull. Need some serious renovation.
I waited about 30+ minutes to see him for less than 10 minutes. He very briefly looked me over-- I don't feel that he really took the time to get to know / understand my concerns and I do not think I got the service I was hoping for

He is a superb Dermatologist. My issue was related to hair loss and he suggested me few medicines. I am hoping that will help me regain strength. Visit was smooth and quick. Support staff is really good.
Dr. Amster's office is convenient for me, and online appointment scheduling was convenient. The office visit went smoothly, he reviewed my skin issue, wrote me a few prescriptions and that solved the issue. I have a follow-up appt next month.
Solved my problem in one visit.

Very nice dermatologist. Thank you.

Visit was rushed. The medical office is in an old building and did not look clean. There was bloody gauze on the floor and the paper on the chair was not changed. Scary!
Although i waited longer than I am used to (new patient to this office), Dr.Amster had me in and out rather fast. I was a little taken aback by how quick he saw me (felt rushed), but hope his expertise will trump that feeling.
My visit was very satisfying - excellent care from start to finish - Dr. Amster was, as always, focused, informative, attentive and witty!! Easy going visit with s highly skilled caring doctor. Highly recommended!
Listened and responded to concerns
Efficient, business-like, but friendly.
Dr Amster was great, I went in for a couple small issues that he dealt with very easily, overall my appointment only took a couple mins but I walked out feeling satisfied about my concerns.
I hope I found right doctor.Thanks
