Dr. Christ was great! He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. The staff was also very helpful. Since I was a new patient, the wait was about an hour but the staff was very friendly.

Mark Christ, M.D. is a native of Islip, New York. He graduated with honors from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Christ earned his Medical Degree from New York Medical College, in Valhalla, New York. He went on to complete a post graduate surgical residency at Lincoln Medical & Mental Health Center in Bronx, New York as well as his urology residency.
Dr. Christ has additional surgical training and specializes in the DaVinci Robotic Radical Prostatectomy and Robotic Partial Nephrectomy procedures as well as in hand-assisted Laparoscopic surgery.
Dr. Christ is currently the Director of Robotics at Jackson Memorial Hospital North which is affiliated with Florida International University School of Medicine.
Dr. Christ joined Uromedix in 1993. Dr. Christ’s main interest is in Urologic Oncology. While he treats all aspects of urological care for both males and females, his primary concentration of practice is centered in the areas of the prostate and kidneys, which is inclusive of all stones diseases. He routinely performs minimally invasive procedures both within and outside of office including the no scalpel vasectomy.
Dr. Christ is dedicated to enhancing patient care by offering pioneering procedures and treatments which minimize risk and enhance speedy recovery.

I went to several urologists before going to Dr Christ. Did not go back to them because they did not give me the time that I needed to explain everything to me regarding my condition and they had attitudes and did not like to answer many questions. Very inquisitive and kind man, you can see the wheels spinning when I discussed my symptoms. Once I was placed in a room the wait wasn't long at all. The waiting room was something to be desired 3 men were hitting on me at once...after I had told them I was married. I was dying to be called up, they did empty out the waiting room pretty quickly though...I will definitely be going back again.

After the too long one hour and 15 minute wait time, I do not understand why Doctor's offices cannot get this right. Scheduling is completely unefficient, and although courteous, a waste of time for those that are paying for their service. However once you walk throught the exam room its 5 stars. Dr. Christ is professional explains things clearly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend him as a physician. Thereafter, moving through their process was very efficient.
