I am a licensed psychologist providing psychotherapy for individuals and couples, and consulting for organizations. Therapy can often offer clarity and relief from a range of problems such as being anxious at work or recovering from a trauma, or for more general concerns such as depression, dissatisfaction, or a sense that something in your life just isn’t the way you’d like it to be.
Therapy is focused on establishing a trusting, working relationship in which I work with you to identify and address your concerns. You and I will monitor your progress and your experience of the therapy to ensure that you are moving towards real, positive change.
Sessions last 45 minutes, are confidential and usually occur once a week.
