Mark Fogg is a Dermatology Provider with double national board certification in Dermatology and Family Primary Care. He received his Associate of Science degree from Saint Petersburg College and his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Brockport State University in New York; both with honors. Mark completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of South Florida where he was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and earned his Master of Science degree with a perfect 4.0 grade point average.
Post graduation, Mark practiced Aesthetic Medicine as the lead clinician (Pinellas County Office) for one of Florida's largest Medical Spa groups. Mark left his Aesthetic Medicine position to seek additional training in Medical and Surgical Dermatology. He then accepted a clinical role in private practice where he also served as a clinical instructor to students enrolled in his employers Dermatology Fellowship Program. Following this Mark joined one of the largest Dermatology groups in the United States where he specialized in Medical and Surgical Dermatology with a special focus on skin cancer. Now practicing in Tampa with Norman Dermatology; Mark continues to treat all Medical and Surgical Dermatology patients with an ongoing emphasis on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of skin cancers.
Mark is a member in good standing of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. He is a vigorous Advocate for physical fitness and nutrition and is a regular at the local gym where he trains 5-6 days per week. Mark is a long time resident of the Tampa Bay area where he lives with his wife and their furry four-legged kids.

My appointment overall was OK. I waited over two hours to be seen. I understand you always have to wait for doctors, but that seemed a bit excessive. However, when the doctor came, he was empathetic and apologized for the way. He seemed very knowledgeable. It just seems they overbooked which was out of his control.

Dr. Fogg was very thorough. I have been dealing with a skin rash since May.
The 1st dermatologist I went to was PH Dermatology, the doctor said she didn't know what the rash was, gave me a cream and told me to follow up with a neurologist if it didn't get better. Well it didn't get better. Then my primary care doctor really tried her best to help me to no avail. She really did try.
Unlike the Dr. at PH Dermatology, Dr. Fogg examined, listened and did a biopsy and culture to determine what this was going on. He prescribed some medications to work on the rash as well as make me comfortable until my follow up in 2 weeks. He believes the antibiotic and other medications will fix the problem but if not the biopsy and culture will tell him where to go next. Thank you Dr. Fog g, perhaps, I will get a full nights sleep. Something that has not happened for months.
