Very nice and took his time assisting me and listened and explained different options and recommendations. Didn't treat me like I just was someone who wanted pills. Treated me with concern and respect, unlike other doctors thinking you're a pill head and ignore you smh!! Very happy with my first time!

Told me we will make a plan for improving my quality of life after I have a MRI.

He really listened to what I had to say!

The intake process took over an hour, required an insane amount of paperwork and a drug test, and left me with a panic attack by the time the doc got there. He was nice, but his staff was abrasive and treated everyone like cattle. Very dismissive and rude. One out of the 4 nurses I interacted with treated me life a person.

I was very nervous and apprehensive, but was exhausted because of the pain I have been dealing with far, far too long. It really takes a toll on the rest of your body. Dr. Malone was so sweet and caring and listened, set me up for a procedure for cortisone shots and gave me medication to help with the pain in other areas of my body in addition to the area I will be getting cortisone for. I was seen immediately and I was not in the individual room more than 2 minutes, before Dr. Malone came in to speak and assess. Very efficient and Dr. Malone is compassionate and caring , too!
Dr Malone is very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done to help me live a healthy lifestyle. Five Stars!!!!!

Took a little longer than normal but it was worth it. Dr. Malone and his staff are extremely professional, understanding and kind. Had two doctors tell me I needed surgery (at 36) and Dr. Malone said absomutely not and can help me thru alternative treatments. This was the best news ever! Looking forward to being his patient and will definitely recommend him.

Dr. Malone was fine. I specifically selected an early appt in hopes that I wouldn't have to wait long. Waited about 45 min for my 4 minute appt. Was supposed to receive a brochure on a procedure and never got it. Plenty of support staff - but nobody seemed to know what was going on.

All went great.

He was very polite but two of the subscriptions were never called in despite my follow up calls. My messages were not returned. I was led to believe this doctor did injections daily at the location I went to, but when I tried to schedule an appointment, I was told it would be another week, by another doctor and at another location an hour north of me.
My appointment with Dr Malone was great it took a few hours to be seen cause an emergency accord but after I seen Dr. Malone it was great fast n easy..
Everyone was very sweet & helpful. Dr. Malone is caring & doesn't make you feel rushed as if he doesn't have time for you. He takes his time & is very thorough.
