With over 12 years of experience working with families, youth, and adults, I have specialized in anxiety and depression, and have supervised residential and partial-hospitalization programs. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and I frequently strive to continue to learn and grow in my field as a practitioner and supervisor. Whether you're dealing with anger management, ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, family relationships, life transitions, multicultural/diversity issues, gender identity, perinatal support, PTSD, intimate/romantic relationships, spirituality, stress, or trauma, I am here to support you.
