Mark Rubinstein, M.D., Director of the Michigan Eyecare Institute, is an American Board - Certified surgeon. Dr. Rubinstein attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate degree and Wayne State University for his medical school education. Dr. Rubinstein specializes in glaucoma, refractive, laser, plastic reconstructive and microscopic surgery. Since 1988, he has researched the use of the Excimer Laser for glaucoma and refractive correction. Dr. Rubinstein is a member of: the American Board of Ophthalmology, American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Medical Association, and Michigan State Medical Society. Dr. Rubinstein has published many articles in glaucoma, reconstructive surgery and the eximer laser which is used in lasik surgery. Dr. Rubinstein has lectured nationally and internationally on various topics in ophthalmology

Everyone was kind, and I was on time. Did not go back to see the Dr for approx 45 min. I was there for approx 1 1/2 hrs.
