In her senior year of high school, she fell in love with optometry after being prescribed contact lenses for the first time. She received a bachelor's degree in biology from Ferris State University. Continuing to graduate with distinction from The Michigan College of Optometry. Throughout Optometry school, she completed in-depth training in low vision, specialty contact lens fittings, and ocular disease. Her clinical disease training was done at the Battle Creek Veterans Association Hospital, where she became confident in managing glaucoma. She believes staying involved and supporting her profession is very important and is a current member of the American Optometric Association and the Michigan Optometric Association. She frequently reads, studies, and attends optometric conferences around the country to stay up to date with research to ensure she is providing top-quality eye care to her patients. Dr. Isaac strives to give her patients clear, comfortable vision by providing comprehensive eye exams for all ages. She specializes in treating chronic dry eye based on each individual patient's symptoms and lifestyle. She also fits a variety of specialty contact lenses, including orthokeratology, to help manage myopia in children, and scleral lenses for severe dry eye and keratoconus. She uses her knowledge and state-of-the-art technology to diagnose glaucoma and develop a management plan tailored to each patient. She loves calling metro Detroit home, and outside of the office, Dr. Isaac enjoys running with her dog Turner, cooking, and traveling with her husband, Chris.
