I thought everyone I saw was very professional and made everything clear as to what they were doing. Not much wait time. Dr. Syms was very informative as were the other technicians.

Okay, but I wish I could fill out all the forms online...like i thought I did for ZocDoc. When I arrived I found I had to rewrite all the forms because they said Zocdoc forms were different than theirs. Due to my medical issues it is almost impossible for me to write or print legally. I can type okay. I don't know if they can even read what I wrote, printed or signed.

Everybody was very nice and helpful & professional.
Wasted 2 hours of my day if not longer only to be told the issue with my ear is that it won’t pop (obviously) and I can either A. “Try to pop it myself” or B. have a tube put in. When I asked him what exactly a tube is and how it works he acted like I was making him do something other than stand around a talk to his office staff. Then he tells me basically “I’m the one suffering not him so I need to decide what to do..” wow great way to make me feel better about my situation.

Took a long time to see me. When he did see me, it felt rushed. Dismissed what I said and made me do ridiculous jaw exercises that did not help ears. I still have ear issues.

The office visit was great. The girls up front were very nice and helpful. I didn't have to wait to long to be seen. I initially saw the nurse practitioner and she was excellent and very personable. After her examination, she did have the doctor follow up with me. They explain the test that they ran and answered my questions. Due to my condition there wasn't much they could do to help but they did give me peace of mind and that will go a long way. The only thing I didn't like was a having to fill out more paper work when I arrived even though I filled out most of the stuff on Zocdoc. It wasn't a whole lot to fill out. Other then that minor inconvenience the office overall gets a 4.9 star from me.

I HAVE SEEN TWO OTHER DOCTORS FOR THIS ISSUE. DR SYMS HAD A HEARING TEST BEFORE SEEING ME AND ADVISED ME OF THE ISSUES TREATMENT. HIS STAFF IS GOOD TO WORK WITH.

On time and very professional staff.
Very good reception and a very good atmosphere.
Fantastic, fast, succinct info & friendly.
Very professional & curtious.
Amazing, wonderful.
I loved the staff! Everyone was kind, and made me feel comfortable in a troubling time in my life. Syms was professional, and caring. An all around pleasant visit.
Dr. Syms was wonderful. He was very professional, personable and took plenty of time to address my concerns. The young man who did my hearing check was also very nice and caring. There was confusion with the receptionist regarding the time of my appointment and whether the forms I completed on ZocDoc had been received. The appointment time issue was resolved quickly once she checked her records. Regarding the forms, I just completed them again. I would highly recommend Dr. Syms. He was able to quickly identify my needs. This was a huge relief to me as I have been to several others with no success.
