I was very impressed with the amount of time Dr. Wenger spent with me, explaining everything about immunology! I have never had another allergist that did that. I truly feel that he wants to help me get on the road to leaving my allergies behind:-)!

It was a very pleasant experience. This was my first visit with Dr. Wenger, but it seemed as though he had been my allergist for years! He is very personable and I loved his bedside manner. He spent a considerable amount of time asking questions about my medical history, explaining each test, their results, and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted. His staff is very professional and welcoming. Tamatha was my nurse, who administered the skin tests. She did an outstanding job. The entire process was seamless.

More about Dr. Mark Wenger, MD
Dr. Wenger moved to Virginia for college in 1989 from a small town in Ohio and hasn’t left since. He has lived in Fredericksburg since 2005 and enjoy the incredible local history and sense of community they’ve experienced. Every day Dr Wenger feels blessed to be an allergist/immunologist, in no small part because to be an excellent allergist the specialty requires really understanding the patient, their exposures, their symptoms, and expectations. Basically it requires getting to know your patients well and I treasure that.
My wife and I enjoy live music, art, and exploring food be it at home cooking or heading to a restaurant, often with our two young children in tow. Yes, it’s been 20 years, but I remain an Ohio sports team fan. It just doesn’t go away.
