“Everyone was very nice and professional. The PA was very knowledgeable and explained my CT scan results and answered multiple questions before Dr Bane came in. Dr Bane was very professional and knowledgeable on every aspect of my problems and concerns and spent extra time explaining potential follow-on procedures that would help. Additionally, he validated some of my concerns associated with my sleep apnea and previous damage that may have contributed or aggravated my problems. I would highly recommend he and his staff in the future. ”

Ms. Nikki was very understanding that I had to explain to my sister Vilma what the procedure going to be done since she's deaf. And when the doctor came very nice and understood as well. Stephen Bane, MD is a board-certified otolaryngologist (ENT) with decades of experience in ear, nose, and throat care. He provides advanced ENT and sinus treatment at Capitol Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers in Woodbridge, VA, where he cares for patients with a wide range of sinus, allergy, and general ENT conditions.
Dr. Bane completed his general surgery training in New York at NYU and Bellevue Hospitals before serving as a flight surgeon and otolaryngologist in the U.S. Navy, stationed in San Diego and later in Pensacola, Florida.

In 1994, he transitioned from military service to private practice in Pensacola before relocating to Woodbridge, Virginia, where he has practiced since. He has been on staff at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center (formerly Potomac Hospital) since 1997, holding multiple leadership positions including Chairman of the OR Committee, ENT Section Chief, and Medical Executive Committee member. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Surgical Department and was recognized as one of Northern Virginia Magazine’s Top Doctors in 2020.

In the past Stephen Bane was my doctor in this office, and was extremely satisfied. This particular visit was made in the morning, through Zoc Doc, and I was seen that afternoon. Maria was the medical assistant, who is a warm yet professional. This visit I was treated by Anthony Perozich. He was informative, detailed and patient with all my questions as well as having an engaging personality.
