Dr Winston was very professional. Yet, he was very friendly and approachable. I had several questions about my reason for seeing him. He was very patient and knowledgeable. His staff was very helpful, friendly and professional as well.

Everything was good until I tried to get my contact lens prescription. I went to the office twice and it was not available to me. Was told I needed to get it in the mail and 1800Contacts said doctor would not approve two separate order verifications. Upon receiving the prescription, it was visibly stamped to say, "Do Not Accept with any changes" and had the date visibly scribbled which made it invalid.
>> I had to go to another doctor to get a new prescription in order to use the years worth of credit I had with 1-800-Contacts. I get tactics to compete with the online retailers but this is illegal and not a good customer experience. Never again.

Mr. Winston exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend him. However, the wait time was unsatisfactory and so was the receptionist who assisted me. She was rude and didn't seem to want to help anybody not jus myself. She made me feel unwelcome and for that reason alone I will not be returning. There was another employee assisting customers with the frames who was absolutely kind, courteous and very helpful.
