I will definitely continue seeing Dr. Marra Francis. Her staff was very nice and attentive. My first OB prenatal appointment went faster than expected. Dr. Francis was also very knowledgeable and answered all questions/concerns I had without judgement or the feeling of being rushed. Overall this place was great and would definitely recommend Dr. Marra Francis and her staff to others looking for an OBGYN!

She was soooo amazing, first appointment with her and I immediately felt comfortable and loved how attentive she was and how she thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns!! Dr. Francis was wonderful during my pregnancies! She took the time to get to know me and my family. She listened to all my concerns during and after pregnancy. Very warm, calming, and comforting! Love her!

Marra took exceptional care of me during my high risk pregnancy. She is warm, caring, and relatable. Her experience and knowledge carried me through a difficult pregnancy and hysterectomy a couple of years after. I literally cried when Marra relocated to the San Antonio area.

I worked with Dr Francis as I was a bedside nurse. Dr Francis is very caring to her patients, She is knowledgeable and explains any and everything to you. She also is very personable which helps so much with younger girls, passionate about women's health and is bilingual.

Dr. Francis was my Gynecologist when she practiced in The Woodlands TX. She is the most caring , considerate Doctor there is. She takes the time to listen to your ailments and actual treats you to improve your life. I recommend her to everyone. You will not find a better OBGYN

Dr. Marra is the best OBGYN I’ve ever had! When I was in highschool she diagnosed my leaking appendix when other doctors told me it was ovarian cysts and then later diagnosed my endometriosis. I’ve never been able to find an OBGYN as good as she was. She has the best bedside manner! If you see her you are in the best hands.

OMG!! She is absolutely the most amazing doctor. I hate going to the doctors office even for something minor like stomach bug and I know everyone hates going to get a pap smear but I swear I would happily go see Dr. Francis for one. I wish she still lived and practiced in the Houston area. Consider yourselves lucky if you have the opportunity to have her as your doctor.
