“The doctor himself was extremely kind and thorough. He listened to my concerns and took his time to explain what he meant by the terms that he was using. He explained the entire process as he was examining me and made me feel comfortable. The girls that assisted him in my room were also so kind and professional.
The girl who checked me in was very kind. The rest of the front office staff were both unkind and unprofessional. They seemed annoyed to have to check people in and out.
The wait time was amazing and extremely short. I waited in the lobby maybe 10 minutes total. And was in and out of my exam in less than 30. So overall, I was only there for about 40 minutes.

I was told when I showed up that my doctor was not there and I could see someone else. I was not asked nor did I have an opportunity to give any prior medical history. It did not seem important at all to get to know me. It was just get me in and out as quickly as possible.

The staff was not aware of my booking, and once I got there for my appt. the Dr. was gone for the day. I was seeing by an RN that was a little condescending when I didn’t know some of the answers to her questions. I was sick, and it felt she didn’t care how I was feeling. I won’t be returning to this place.

I really can't leave a review as I left before I was seen . The wait times are ridiculous. Waited close to 1 .5 hours just to be called in to take Vital signs and being sent back into the waiting room. I inquired about the expected further wait and was told probable another hour. So I left. I have better things to do on my only day off, and expect to be seen in a reasonable time frame. That's why you make appointments! I will not ho back.

Waited for 40 minutes and finally gave up. Extremely frustrated because I drove around for over 10 minutes looking for a handicap spot and finally had to leave car with the valet service....had I realized the office building was part of the Christus campus I would not have made the appointment

It took me awhile to find the office, which is Suite 350 in Medical Pavilion II (behind the ER & Medical Pavilion I) since the address doesn't specify at all. Doesn't help that the phone number listed for the office doesn't route you directly to the office. It leads to the Christus answering service.
But once I finally found it, I was pretty late to my scheduled appointment. The staff didn't bat an eye & I was seen anyways. Everyone was so nice.

I wasn't able to get answers to my ultrasound during the appt. Things were just very vague.
After the appt, I was trying to figure out when my prescription would be ready. The pharmacy said they never received my prescription and had reached out to the doctor's office. A few hours later, I called the doctor's office and was told I couldn't directly speak to the front desk as all the messages were handled by a different office. A few hours later, I called the pharmacy and was told the same thing. When I tried to call the doctor's office again, I was told they had gone home.
My appointment was at 8am. No reason the prescription can't be sent in the same business day.
Not to mention how terrible the front desk girls were.

Exhausting. My appointment was at 2pm and I was in and out of rooms and waited in the lobby longer than I was seen. Didn’t leave until 5pm. I am new to this and don’t think I’ll be going back.

I would say that the Dr. was very informative and listened to my concerns. My only issue was the wait time. My appointment originally was scheduled for 11am but the office called and asked if it could be moved to the afternoon. My appointment was at 1 and I didn't see the doctor until 3pm. Other than the packed waiting area and long wait time I would say it was an okay experience.

Dr office would not answer the phone. Dr. went on vacation without refilling my prescription. I had to suffer without meds until he came back. The next time I went he forgot to send my prescription again. The office rarely answers the phone . I had a telemedicine appointment and the dr never even showed up. Worst customer service ever.

As far as kindness goes, I had no issues with he doctor himself. My appointment was scheduled 2 hours before they close so the staff was upset. I am pregnant and have had miscarriages in the past (no living children) and the doctor wanted me to get an ultrasound. The ultrasound tech was not there so he did it himself. I REALLY appreciated that. The staff however was complaining about the time and stating how they were leaving at 12pm no matter what. The doctor informed them that he did not care and they would be staying until the last patient (me) left. The nurses overall did not have a bad attitude they were just ready to go home. Overall the doctor is really sweet and professional. I enjoy this OB.

Poor experience. Was left in the room for over an hour. During this time I could here the staff's conversations and antics. I had to check with the staff to make sure I wasn't forgotten. I heard the doctor question the staff loudly if I had insurance and the staff did not know how to respond. Because this hallway conversation was so loud I had to open the door and inform the doctor of my insurance provider. The staff at this facility is not friendly and act as though doing their job is an inconvenience
