Dr Grossman was great, answered all my questions and was vwry polite. I had absolutely no issue with his staff, all of them were polite and helpful. The wait was my only gripe, however, I know that if he is running behind it is likely because he is giving each patient his full attention and giving them the care they need and not the 15 minute care the insurance companies insist you give them.

He knows what he's talking about, although he didnt have really good bedside manner.
He was very easy to talk to. He spoke to you in laymen's terms not in medical terms.

Well organized office and very prJofessional doctor
Informative, compassionate and a very pleasant man

He doesn’t want to listen, don’t care and talked down to me I.e. slammed in my face what do you expect from this visit in s condescending tone. My lab results came back, he didn’t bother asking me to come in for follow up. My new PCP also from Zocdoc is 100x better, took the time to listen and show care.
Guy made me wait for 1 hour, and then sits down with me for 5-7 minutes. These people just try to push through as many patients a day so they can stack their check. He Wasn’t very nice and did not do well comforting me. Pretty much trying to tell me I have cancer without doing any tests (first time meeting him) and doing his best to scare me. Best part of it all, at the end, he goes “catch you later, good luck!(walks away).

I had to get an endocrinologist opinion of my thyroid levels along with hormone levels. He was very professional and even offered some viable options as well as some alarming ones. #1 selenium - good option #2 estrogen patch with Premarin he called the true estrogen (which has been proven to up your risks for heart attack and stroke) to solve my sleep issues citing bio identical patients as having all the issues #3 he cited my cholesterol as being out of range and what meds was I on. Without asking any other questions. #4 He did offer a thyroid sonogram which I needed.

The doctor was very professional and gave me the right advice and also recommended me some required tests right away. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, thumbs up.

I do NOT recommend seeing this doctor for hormonal issues. He does not address the underlying issue of hormonal imbalance and doesn't do a good job at explaining or following up. I had to call the office three times just to get my blood results and then he just wanted to write a prescription for birth control without explaining what the blood results said.
As other reviewers have mentioned, Dr. Grossman seemed completely uninterested in my concerns. I had blood work done at the office, and I was told they would contact me in a few days with results. A week later I hadn't received a call, so I called the office. The woman I spoke with couldn't find my results but promised to call back by the end of the day (Friday). She called back Monday afternoon to say my blood work looked "fine." The issue I went to see Dr. Grossman for remains unresolved.
Front desk staff was kind of all over the place and I had to follow up with them on my lab results after never hearing back from them after a month of waiting. Dr. Grossman was great however.
Dr Grossman was always short and to the point. He didn't waste time but he did what a half dozen doctors couldn't do and helped me significantly. He also doesn't sugar coat things and tells you what you need to do to get healthy. I wasted so much time before him with other doctors. My time is valuable and it was never wasted. I wont go into too much detail but Dr. Grossman helped become a success story.

More than one hour waiting for 5 min appointment. Two minutes from this 5 min Dr. just talked about his family history. My blood pressure was measured high at the appointment - no reaction from Dr. This was first time appointment with this Dr, and I honestly outlined my medical concerns in the questionnaire. Dr. did not ask me anything at all related to medical condition or history in that three minutes that he spend on my appointment (i do not even understand what is the purpose of that questionnaire). I do not believe that this was an acceptable medical care or, as the matter of fact, a medical care at all.
I was so grateful to get an appointment the very next day following my request. Everyone in the office is so nice and accommodating. Dr. Grossman was very attentive and didn't rush at all.

Good staff and an wxperienced caring physician.

Small, very friendly practice! I felt welcomed as a new patient from beginning to end, including the front desk and the technician who did my blood work! Highly recommended.
Short, sweet and to the point...I felt like Dr. Grossman really listened and will get to the root of my problem. I'll see him again next week when my bloodwork comes back and I can update my review then.
I was very happy with my first visit to Dr. Grossman. He was attentive and responsive. I look forward to having him as my primary care doctor.

I appreciate Dr Grossman's bottom-line approach and assessment regarding my medical complaint, it seems he took a more holistic or natural route for my overall total body health and best interest. I also appreciated Dr Grossmans straight forward approach, not to many doctors are willing to look outside of the 'traditional treatment box' of just prescribing Rx's.
Verified patient
I believe that Dr. Grossman is a talented medical professional, who takes the time to learn about the patients mind-set, as well as their medical condition.

Great first visit. Doctor was very nice and made me feel at ease when I was very nervous about my appointment! Would highly recommend.
The staff was very friendly and helpful!
Verified patient
Great Doctor. I would recommend him to my friends and family. The only downside was the wait. I waited the longest I've ever waited to see a doctor. My appointment was at 3 and I wasn't seen till 4. I even came in 30 mins early to check in.
Verified patient
felt like he didn't want me there that long, the rest of the staff was very nice and laid back. always busy too! it was an alright experience

I could not be happier with Dr. Grossman!! In just 3 days he has done more for me then my previous Dr's have done for me in 2 months! He is ON IT!! I met with him on Oct 28th for a thyroid mass and he sent me straight to the surgeon and I already have surgery scheduled for November 5th!!! He is a very good Dr. Gets things done and is very caring!! Thank you for all you have done Dr. Gross man!! We need more Dr's like you!!!

It went well, the Dr was nice but the wait was longer then expected. I was the first person there but of the other 5 patients with an 8:00 appointment I was the last to be seen.
I am a new patient and am so grateful that I found Dr. Grossman. He is a wonderful doctor who obviously has a great depth of knowledge and experience. He spent as much time as it took to thoroughly understand the status of my health and how he could assist me. He is kind and upbeat and it is clear that he cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Grossman. As a side note, the staff in this office is top-notch. I was late for my appointment due to traffic, but upon calling to let them know, they graciously found a way to work me in with only a short wait. They were also accommodating and friendly when I called to request a prescription I had failed to let them know I needed. And, as "icing on the cake", they do blood work right in the office. I do not recall a more pleasant medical experience than this!

Dr. Grossman arrived "on time" in the office. In fact I ran into him on the elevator before my scheduled appointment. My annual physical exam was done in 30 minutes! The staff was professional and friendly.

Went in for my thyroid hoping he would get to the root of the problem. He didn't. He just tried to sell me on his shakes. I am not interested in buying your shakes! I just want my thyroid treated and he was not the guy to do that.
I went to Dr. Grossman seeking a PCP and he and his staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. They were acommodating and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Grossman and he spent some time trying to build a relationship with me which was nice. His time was appreciated and he deserved a good review. I look forward to future pleasant visits.
Very professional and friendly.

My feedback would be similar to the one previously posted on Feb 9 2012 by Sandra F. The only positive experience I can say sofar is the online scheduling tool - very efficient for both the patient and front office. The front office staff was less than cooperative and not what I had expected as a new patient walking in the door for the initial consult, first impressions are everything - the common thread for Megan was that she was majorly overwhelmed with the duties of managing the front desk - constant borage of verbal complaints for being too busy and stating only 2 people were handling the load. While I can appreciate the fact that we get busy and are understaffed (which most of us are these days, taking on multiple tasks/jobs), there definitely was not a courteous or professional demeanor here. I had some lab reports that were faxed several times to this office, so when I asked if they received - they said they would have to check the fax machine and didn't have time - however my own doctor has a tranmission receipt. I've implored for my doctor to send this to the office, but after four (4) times - it was quite embarassing to have to contact my own doctor back again; I'll now have to find another way to get these records to this office. :-( In addition, as a new patient, I was expecting to spend at least 30 minutes with the doctor - I am sure that this office is billing my PPO for a pretty penny and was expecting more face-time with the doctor, instead I got about 5 minutes (8 mins max). I felt he didn't want to hear what I said or was even concerned about the questions I had - again, I'm feeling like his appointments are booked on top of each other, noticing that the online scheduling tool shows appointments for him every 15 minutes; that seems a bit obsurd to me. I will continue to work with Dr. Grossman as I don't suspect I will need to come in often - if my continued visits are the same as the first initial visit, I may have to consider another doctor. In the interim, I'll see how the treatment continues from this point forward as this doctor came highly recommended to me.
Great front office, very nice ladies and attentive. Doctors visit was short and sweet. Dr. Grossman is very knowledgeable and courteous.

Dr. Grossman was very pleasant and took the time to Listen and explain things, I was very pleased at the attention his staff gave to me:) they were very professional, courteous . I'm looking forward to my next visit with Dr Grossman and continued medical care with him. I would recommend him to others. Overall very satisfied with my first office visit with Dr. Grossman. Thank You to Dr. Grossman and his staff:)

Very efficient staff. Virtually no waiting time.
Making appointment was a snap. Did not need to wait a long time to get appointment. Staff was friendly. Blood drawn in lab next to office - very convenient. Too early to know if doctor's recommendations are good.
Great doctor a little pushy on buying supplements but listens to you and as someone with long standing thyroid problems he really helped me a lot.
As a Psychologist, I may look at other Dr.'s differently than the average patient. With that, I feel I might be more critical, especially concerning bedside manner, etc., because for me, its all about how the patient feels. I can say that I thought that Dr. Grossman showed genuine concern for why I came to see him. I found his staff to be very nice, warm, creating a comfortable environment for his patients. No one wants to go to a doctor. If you can find one where you feel 'ok', well, you need to stay with that doctor. Dr. Grossman is one of those doctors you'll want to stay with.

The doctor made me feel uneasy, he look annoyed. Maybe he was having a bad day who knows, but I drove 1 ½ hours to see him, so check at the door please! He didn’t make me feel warm and fuzzy. The ladies at the front desk were ok…however now that I’m trying to contact them back as a follow up, I can not reach anyone that can help me answer a question. Yesterday the office was closed by 4pm and today by 9:45 I was told they were too busy and were not taking any phone calls. Highly doubt I would good back, even if they Offered free service NO THANK YOU!!
