Staff was very efficient and nice, they called me to confirm my appointment and once I arrived I was seen in less than 5 minutes. Dr. Marteen was also very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable through the entire experience. Would definitely visit again for any other healthcare needs.

I appreciate that I was seen by the practitioner. However, I did not appreciate the “bed-side” manner. I was interrupted several times while explaining my symptoms and it contributed greatly to me feeling unheard/ misunderstood.

Very nice and friendly office. The doctor was great she listened to all my problems, and she made sure I got everything else I needed to get seen for love the place the first time there. If I have to say one thing I wish was if they had free parking or a parking lot.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. The office staff is unorganized and just made a mess of the visit before it even started. Emailing me with no type of professionalism and calling me and then when I call back they have no idea why they called. On top of that, I didn’t meet with the physician I selected but instead a PA, who really was not helpful at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

Visit was fine, efficient staff. The phlebotomist (I didn't catch her name) was the best part. She was friendly, funny, and competent.

Provider told me to undress while in the room with me. I stated “can you step out” and she said “well I have to see your bottom anyway”.
It doesn’t matter. You’re supposed to provide privacy for me to undress. She rushed the appointment , I’m assuming because it’s Christmas Eve and she wanted to get home quickly. She did not listen to my concerns nor did she review my previous visit history. It was an unpleasant experience.
