I received a text update that my appointment had been moved to the current day and a past time, so there was no way I could make that appointment. I don't know if I'll be charged for "not showing up" or not, but hopefully this review will effectively cancel my rescheduled appointment and explain why I didn't show up.

Love meeting with Nicole Woodward PA, and plan on switching to her as my Primary Care doctor. Wait time exceeded one hour which is always unfortunate but the office is very beautiful and clean so waiting was really no issue. Doctor Woodward was very clear, concise and comforting. Highly recommend!

I am incredibly disappointed in my experience at Clear Wellness. The actual appointment was good, but the follow up was non-existent. They sent me to do expensive x-rays that they never followed up on, and they never followed up on my blood test results despite several messages on the patient portal. Basically, they made me do all these tests and then never communicated any of the results to me, instead saying that the only way to get any information was to schedule another appointment (even though I felt fine) and pay another copay. Basically, they’re just trying to make as much money as possible without actually caring about the patient.

It was easy to book a video visit with Dr. Woodward the same morning. I had a later appointment, but her staff contacted me and I was able to get an earlier appointment which was great. Dr. Woodward listened very carefully and attentively, and asked all the right questions. She made sure I felt comfortable during my visit which is something not many providers I've seen know how to do. As I was explaining my issues, she made me feel cared for and not judged. If her practice was closer to me, I would take her on as my PCP. I would highly recommend this provider.
