It was only my first visit but felt it was through and straight forward and I appreciated the care from the wonderful woman at reception to the tech who took down more of my information and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was quick, interested and right to the point I appreciated his words and talking about the CPAP which we both use and spending the time with me to explain what he could so far.

Dr. Greget received his medical degree at the University of Washington, School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Walter Reed Medical Center and then went on to become Board Certified in Otolaryngology (Ears, Nose and Throat).
Dr. Greget has been in private practice in the Renton area for almost twenty five years . He continues his professional medical education by regularly attending national training courses in a variety of areas including sinus surgery, pediatric ENT, dizziness and sleep apnea. This allows Dr. Greget to offer the latest treatment plans and technologies.

He and his staff were excellent! I was 45 minutes late for my appointment and still encouraged me to come. They were very quick and professional. Dr. Greget was awesome before examining he let me know what he was gonna do. He let me know what he saw and what is happening with my ear. I felt comfortable, and to me that was important too.

Dr. Greget and his medical assistant are great. I scheduled with Dr. Greget as my primary ENT was not available and was pleased with my visit. I do feel that I received a reasonable diagnosis and treatment/follow up plan. Dr. Greget explained things in clear terms. After scheduling my appointment with ZocDoc I received a call later that morning from the office (prior to my appointment) asking if I could push my appointment out by 30 minutes. I appreciated the call. When I arrived I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork although I had already provided much of the information online via ZocDoc. There is an opportunity for better integration of medical forms (not sure if that's a ZocDoc thing or the doc office). My appointment even after being pushed out by 30 minutes was an additional 30 minutes late which is really the only other issue I had.

After visiting urgent care clinics multiple times, I was able to get a next-day appointment with Dr Greget for my double ear infection that wasn't going away. Both he and his staff were super personable and really tried to get to know me! I felt MUCH better taken care of than at the urgent care clinics and am very glad I found Dr Greget on ZocDoc.

Dr Greget had excellent bedside manner, very professional. Explained my condition and what he observed in his examination. He thoroughly and professionally answered all my questions about symptoms and treatment options.
He also had a sense of humor and was quite personable. He prescribed a method of treatment that was easliy explained and easy to follow.
I would Highly recommend he and his staff. His front office staff was quite pleasant to talk with and his attending assistant was also pleasant. the experience was quite enjoyable and comforting.

Doctor was very professional, and explained things clearly and effectively. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing anything ear- related. With that being said, he examines ear/nose/throat regardless, and let's you know how each are looking.

I highly recommend Dr. Greget, and his staff. The staff was extremely curtious, and Dr. Greget was very good in explaining what the problem was, and how he was going to handle the situation. He gives a very thorough exam. I will definitely be going back.

The appointment went great. The nurses and office staff are very friendly. The wait wasn't too long maybe around 10min or so. Dr.Martin listened to all my concerns, told me my options, and then we made a plan based on what I wanted to do. Overall very satisfied with my care.

We did have to wait an hour but they were training a new assistant/front desk person so I don't hold that against them. Dr. Greget was awesome. He was thorough, took his time, and really listened. He didn't have good news to deliver but he did it in such a great manner, I was truly thankful. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

After visiting Dr Greget I had a follow-up second opinion the next day by another ENT doctor. That doctor saw me at the punctual time of my appointment the same day and ran a hearing test and diagnosed a possible hearing stroke. He referred me to an ear specialist whom I will be seeing today.
The day before my hearing loss I had been released from a three day stay in the hospital diagnosed with Atrial fibrillation with RVR. I had not pursued seeing a doctor up until now because I thought the loss of hearing was temporary due to a head cold. After seeing the 2nd ENT doctor he commented I should have been seen right away given the facts of my diagnosis.

The doctor was very thorough, answered questions after diagnosis, advised if I had issues the following day he would make time between surgeries to see me, and asked me to come back for a follow up later during the week and actually gave me options for his availability that worked with my schedule.

I seen a different ENT in Bellevue connected to Overlake and He was awful... the usual brief check, brush off all your concerns, and push you on your way. I was pleased and surprised a little with the older fashioned "down home" office and manner, Compared with the "big machine" hospital setting.
The Dr. was very nice and super professional.The Dr.s' staff was very friendly and did not make you wait long at all.I was very sick but actually liked and enjoyed my visit.We need more Dr.s and nurses like Dr. Greget's.
