I came in sure that there is something going on with my left ear. Either it’s impacted with hardened wax or my e-tube is not functioning correctly. I have pressure and pain in my left ear and it will worsen with any kind of allergy or congestion. I asked about tonsil stones and that concern was not addressed, as well as a knot that is painful on the left side of my neck, which was also not addressed. Ended with an appointment in a month after I go elsewhere to check my hearing & pressure in the ear as a follow up. I have never been to an ENT but this appointment seemed quick. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Really long wait time. Waited over 35 minutes and then seen for less than 5 minutes. Appointment with doctor felt rushed, and he didn’t ask if I had any questions. He only seemed to want to answer the bare minimum so that he could move on. Original appointment was rescheduled as well. All office staff were very friendly though.

I needed immediate ENT care and the next available appointment with local clinics was four months out. Fortunately, my wife found Zocdoc and booked an appointment with Dr. Eisen two days out. Terrific overall experience with booking and response time. I arrived 45 minutes early but was seen within 20 minutes. Excellent and professional care from admin and medical staff. Great visit! Dr. Eisen was able to diagnose and immediately remedy my ear infection in the office. The office staff was a delight to work with. I was visiting from NYC, and was able to be seen while on a business trip. I highly recommend Dr. Eisen and his team.

I had a ear wax blocking my right ear for a month, and was essentially unable to bear out of that ear. Dr. Eisen removed the ear wax quickly, and it feels like a brand new ear.
