I felt really supported by Marvin Wallace Williams. He was very clear and very direct about what potential diagnosis he felt more strongly that I had. I spent a good amount of time answering questions about experiences and personality traits I have and after he’d discussed diagnosis he thoroughly went into what medication along with psychotherapy might have the best result for me. At the end of the visit we scheduled a 5 week out tele-visit to follow up on whether or not the combination of those treatments felt good and to continue to assess any other hepatitis I might need.

Are you ready to embark on a journey towards better mental health? I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate care that supports individuals like you seeking relief from mental illness.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas, San Antonio. With over a decade of experience in psychiatric medication management, I have been serving adults (18-65) in the greater Puget Sound area. My practice specializes in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment issues, personality disorders, and other common psychiatric conditions.
I primarily offer telehealth appointments through a secure and confidential online platform that most find comfortable and convenient.
Before establishing my private practice, I honed my skills across various psychiatric settings, including emergency rooms and psychiatric hospitals. Most of my prescriptive experience comes from outpatient clinics, where I have treated individuals across a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, ranging from severe and complex cases to common issues.
As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I merge evidence-based practice guidelines with a patient-centered approach. I have been through so many different doctors who were completely arrogant, and didnt want to listen to me. Wallace is absolutely amazing and refreshing as a provider. I could tell that he listens to me and cares about helping me find the right medication. I couldn't recommend him enough, I feel really well taken care of. I don't usually have good experiences with psychiatrists so usually I don't have great things to say. But! I really love working with Mr. Williams. He is really understanding, works with trying to find the right meds and I feel like I'm being heard. He is very on time for appointments.
