Went in for an annual physical. Extremely detailed and thorough which has not been my experience with other providers. Great bedside manner as well!

Dear Mary Claire Rocha, CNP
Please learn to LISTEN to the patient and not talk to them as if they would not understand your "terminology". Additionally, because of a life-long illness, do not suggest I go to a Neurologist without being able to refer me to one that takes my insurance. In other words, do not suggest a specialist without the proper tools to refer one. Ergo the reason I don't go to a Neurologist, I have not found one who takes my insurance. I am over 50, and please believe me when I tell you, I have done my research on this.
