Dr. Czerny was personable and greeted me warmly and genuinely. She reviewed my pertinent medical history with attention and intention. After examination she gave me options of first step and second step procedures along with recommendations. Dr. Czerny offered a followup appointment if my symptoms continued and an option to cancel if my symptoms disappeared. I was very pleased with Dr. Czerny, my first appointment in this office and with my first time using the ZocDoc app.

Very good first visit and first impression. The waiting room is comfortable, friendly smiling staff. Took our 4 year old daughter for evaluation. Dr. Czerny is very personable and knowledgeable and it is easy to see that she works well with children. She recommended a treatment plan that I am confident is going to work well for our daughter. My mom was also impressed and she is not easily impressed! In fact, she is going to come back to see her about her own ENT issues!
