The friendliness of the office staff and the doctor made up for the long wait.

Love the doctor but I do feel the wait was very long. I don't know if I will continue with this practice if the wait time doesn't improve

Dr Kriner is an excellent doctor who really makes you feel at ease. She listens and explains herself well. My only complaint is the wait time. Like every other doctor office these days, patients aren't told up front that they will have to wait. That makes me nuts.
I appreciated Dr. Kriner taking her time and asking questions. She seemed genuinely interested/concerned. If she smiled a bit more, it would put her patients more at ease. Only negative - It's really tough to get an appt with her.
The wait time was unacceptable. If the doctor was running late, a notification should have been sent and appointment adjusted.
She's very down to earth & warm.

ZocDoc confirmed my appointment, including morning-of, but this doctor's office had no record of my appointment. I recommend calling this office to confirm appointments ahead of time.
Dr. Kriner is fine, but she arrived over an hour past our appointment time. I waited in the exam room an intolerable 40 minutes. No one in the office advised me of the delay nor explained nor apologized. I find this unprofessional. I respect doctors' time and I expect them to respect mine by contacting me before I come to the office if the doctor is running late, keeping me informed of any delays after I arrive, and offering me the opportunity to reschedule if needed. I did note when I signed in that appointments were scheduled only 15 minutes apart. Many appointments take longer than that so that explains the long delay. The office could improve by scheduling longer appointments and giving patients the courtesy of explanations when there are delays.

I've been seeing Dr. Kriner for 5 years now and she is wonderful! Very soft spoken and easy to talk to. She is personable and is thorough. I highly recommend her to anyone I talk to in need of a gynecologist.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Kriner. She made me feel comfortable. She was open to answering any questions and addressing my concerns. In the past I have had doctors that were judgmental of my decision not to use birth control (pills, shots, etc). Dr. Kriner did not make me feel judged. Overall, she was very professional.
Staff was great- very accommodating and helpful!
the kindest doctor we've ever known! All doctors should be like her! Very caring! Very informative and thankful that I have Dr. Kriner in my life to help me through my health issues!
As good as I expected. Great visit!!!!
