I was unaware that the office was upstairs. Because I use a walker it led to some confusion but was resolved and a first floor room was used. The doctor and staff were very pleasant and easy to chat with. A prescription for a heat rash was given; however I cancelled it after learning it was excessive. My breast exam was through and painless.
