Am very happy to chose PA-C Massiel De La Cruz for my annual pap smear. She is a very nice person and listened to me without prejudices and opinions. She is one of those rare gem of people who took time doing things right and as smoothly as she could. Her checkup was thorough and bedside manners were cordial and caring. I guess I am actually quite impressed that she was caring and actually took sometime doing her job because otherwise, there is a sense of being rushed everywhere else, probably due to the side effects of pandemic. Overall, it has been a good experience and I definitely recommend her.

Was a great and thorough visit! Dr. De La Cruz was lovely! It’s hard to find a OBGYN/Gyno who you can feel comfortable with. She’s a great listener, very informative and really made me feel comfortable. I look forward to appointments with her moving forward.

Will not be returning, office staff had me booked for the wrong procedure and my attempts to discuss permanent sterilization were ignored. I was hoping for a doctor who understood that family planning includes those of us who never want children, but instead was placed back on the same temporary hormonal birth control. I tried to discuss how the side effects of these medications are no longer tolerable in my life and was brushed off.
