Dr. Verna was so accommodating to the fact that I was running late and very relaxed and calm. He is one of the first people that actually took time to sit down and listen to me attentively. He is a great listener and asked a lot of good questions. Very kind person as well. This is only my first visit so we will see how the next one goes.

I provide psychiatric evaluation services, psychotherapy and medication management for children of all ages, adolescents, and adults. As a bilingual psychiatrist I can provide services in Spanish and English.
I am board-certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, as well as in Adult Psychiatry. In addition, I am a Clinical Instructor at Columbia University, and see patients in my private practice as well as in the Columbia Presbyterian Pediatrics Ambulatory Care Clinics.
My practice is situated in Manhattan. I currently participate in most Aetna insurance plans, and can help you expedite any paperwork you might need for other insurance providers to secure out-of-network reimbursements.
