I found the office to be very clean and inviting. The staff was very courteous and helpful, I was seen in a timely manner. The visit with Dr. Cerniglia was very informative. He was not rushed during our visit. He took plenty of time to explain the proceudres that he planned to use to correct my issues and made sure I understood what we had discussed as well as offered me an opprotunity to ask any questions in the event he had not covered it in his conversation with me.

He is very knowledgeable and smart in his field for sure! He diagnosed an issue that I have been dealing with for about 5 years, not realizing my first doctor mis-diagnosed me. Hopefully this time around it will get fixed!
Everyone was very professional and accommodating! I actually went to a another Dr's office (on Azle Ave) and they were extremely rude. Until I called Dr. Cerniglia's office I didn't even know I was at the wrong place. Even though I was almost 45 minutes late, they still saw me. He was very informative and gave me options.

Was 50minutes late for appt. gave no instructions, called office 3 times for instructions on medicine and they finally told me to ask the pharmacist that made up my compound prescription.

Dr. Cerniglia is an amazing person and surgeon. He is personable, thorough and skilled. My injury necessitated someone with trauma experience, which is why I went to Dr. C. His staff is warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. His assistant, Alfredo, even gave me his cell phone number in case I had an emergency. Thank you so much.
I am doing the happy dance thanks to the Ankle and Foot Institute of Texas, Dr. Cerniglia, and Alfredo Bedolla! I walked a full day in regular sandals with no pain! Thank you so much!
Excellent, as always.
Office was absolutely beautiful and all the staff was very friendly and professional. Wait time was a little longer than I had hoped, but the staff apologized and took care of me as soon as they could. I would definitely recommend this office!
He was very apologetic about the delay Apparently there was some problem that day. I'll comment further after my next appointment.
