Matthew Cohen, MD graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994. He then attended New York University where he did his post-baccalaureate studies. Dr. Cohen worked at the Hospital for Special Surgery as an orthopedic research associate the year prior to attending medical school. Dr. Cohen received his MD degree from the Sackler School of Medicine. Upon completion of medical school, Dr. Cohen performed his pediatric residency training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Jacobi Medical Center. Dr. Cohen is currently an attending at the LIJ/North Shore Healthcare System as well as Winthrop University Hospital. Dr. Cohen has been in private practice since 2004 and currently lives in the Long Beach area.
