My follow-up appointment was just as good as my first visit. Dr. Crawford explained his diagnosis in an understandable manner and proposed a game plan for my treatment.

I had an excellent initial consultation with Dr. Crawford. He reviewed x-rays that were taken immediately upon my arrival, conducted a thorough physical exam and gave me an initial diagnosis - all within a span of 30 minutes. It is obvious he is a skilled and experienced surgeon who has the ability to speak to his patients in understandable terms. While further testing will be required to pinpoint my injury, I have no doubt the treatment plan he recommends will be well thought out and in my best interest. In short, I am extremely pleased that I selected Dr. Crawford.

Matthew Crawford is a very nice and friendly doctor, however, he tends to spend more time catching up and socializing with you than actually focusing on the problem at hand. The first time I saw him he impressed me quite a bit. He seemed very attentive and willing to help me with my problem. The second time he didn't even look at my foot; he only talked to me about how much he likes Big Bend and talked about the wolves... I asked him if he could "look at my foot" further and he said, "I already told you what you need to do next". It felt like a complete waste of time. Very disappointing. I will be going to another doctor for another opinion.
Smooth, professional & reassuring

My whole experience from the front reception to checking out was the best I've ever had. And I'm 59 so I've been to (and through) a lot of procedures. So professional, so nice...and so thorough. I walked out feeling like I was completely schooled on my conditions and in good hands. That has never happened. FINALLY found a great Doctor/Team to take care of me. I'm sure I'll be seeing them again...because, you know, I'm getting old. Glad I found them ...??

The doctor hardly spent any time analyzing the issue and letting me know what might be the cause and how the treatment is going to help. I came out with the same amount of knowledge I had before I entered.
Dr. Crawford was professional as well as personable. He took the time to talk and show me the areas where there are problems.

Dr.Crawford is very friendly and answered all question with patience for my ankle issue.I would definitely recommend him. The office staff was also quite friendly. The only issue I see is the waiting time which runs to about an hour.

Thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the visit w/ Dr. Crawford. He and his staff were quite professional and personable. Dr. Crawford was extremely polite, patient, and listened while asking numerous questions to address my right shoulder and future treatment. Great office manner.

Dr. Crawford was incredibly friendly, interested in me as a person, and when I reacted poorly to pain from a procedure was compassionate and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Crawford to other ortho patients.

Dr. Crawford and his team provide excellent care. His initial diagnosis was spot on to what the MRI showed and the surgery was immediately successful.

Diagnosis: Right shoulder partial-thickness rotator cuff tear Doctor Crawford was very professional and personable and took his time to properly and accurately diagnose the issue. There was very little wait time in general and an X-ray and ultrasound were done immediately onsite. All of my questions and concerns were also addressed. Highly recommend!

I brought my mother in to see Dr Crawford, & an x-ray was taken before he even came in. He was very patient with my mom, extremely professional, and fun to talk to!
The offices staff is friendly and professional. X-rays on site were great and really cut down on the diagnosis time. I was given a time line, expectations and a plan. Very much appreciated that!
