They do not listen to their patients and let them leave with no help whatsoever. They made sure to get their money though.

I have an HMO and I had a referral from my primary on my cell (My Chart) and they would not accept it. Something about it wasn't in their system. 11PM on 10/7 at DOC on Slaughter.

Extremely clear communication. Very pleasurable and kind staff. Easy to get in. I had lots of good pre-communication about the appointment. Felt confident and left with great next steps.
This was a great experience. I got a last minute appointment on the same day, so I was worried this would be more like one of those Urgent Care places which just kind of shuffle you around, but I was very wrong. They let me know how much the visit would cost up front and I was given clear answers about my back pain after x-rays and a consultation.
Care was fine, overall visit was subpar. Main issue is better training on patient communication at the front desk. The first sign of inadequate training was when the receptionist told me, “today is going to ‘feel’ like you’re paying out of pocket, but it’s just going towards your deductible.” This was misleading; any out-of-pocket cost goes toward the deductible—it’s not a “feeling” but a fact. She provided an estimate for the visit and x-ray, which seemed fine initially. The x-ray and PA visit went great, and the PA performed an ultrasound as an extra step when nothing appeared on the x-ray. At checkout, a different receptionist mentioned a higher total. When I asked about the discrepancy, the first receptionist said, “that was just an estimate,” without explaining the increase. The second receptionist then mentioned the ultrasound fee, which I was not informed of and would have declined. The main issue was failing to inform me of extra fees and handling questions poorly.
I was seen by a PA who showed me my X-rays and explained I should have been in a boot since I broke my toe. He explained I needed a higher sole shoe to wear with my boot for safety reasons. Wasn’t sure why I needed x rays again after having the same sets on my foot and ankle 3 days before. I’m getting better and more comfortably mobile.
Good service, they thoroughly investigated my issue and are working on it. They gave me pain meds to deal with it until we can get to the bottom of this.

I have had several issues with this clinic that has resulted in me canceling all my appointments. Initially, I was overcharged for my appointment because their portal that connects with my insurance was incorrect. That’s inconvenient but can be easily fixed. The problem is i’ve called several times over the past week since I went and have had no one call me back to get this corrected. I, while there in person, also asked for an estimate for my prescribed PT and was told they would call me before my appointment. Again, no call. When I called a final time, I spoke with the manager and she gave me the number of the billing department (who did not answer when I called) but then hung up before I could ask about anything else. I will not be returning.
Quick, clear, and nice people
