Can’t say enough good things about Mill Creek Family Practice. I showed up early, the front desk was wonderful, I was brought into a room promptly where the nurse was very kind, very knowledgeable, listened extremely well and asked great questions. Dr. Price is awesome. Extremely easy to talk to, relatable, extremely knowledgeable, and has great bedside manner. I will have him as my doctor for as long a possible. 11/10.

Never made it past the receptionist. I was 10 minutes late for 30 min. check in and my appointment was cancelled 15 mins before appointment. Can’t say about doctor I never saw him. Probably overbooked if 10 mins wrecks your daily schedule!!

Was on crutches and front desk staff was completely unempathetic. I even asked the one that checked me in (who's been there for years) if I could sit across from the front desk and check in since my leg was exhausted from hobbling in from the parking lot. She said no and then proceeded to give me paperwork to fill out on a clipboard. I asked if she could help me bring it to a chair and she said " it's only a few questions" (i.e. no) I had to toss the clipboard to a nearby chair to be able to crutch over to said chair. Even after that, there was no offer to come retrieve the paperwork. Everyone else was incredibly helpful and nice and knowledgeable.
