“I really enjoyed the fact that I showed up for my appointment and my doctor was there and ready for my arrival. I believe I was the first patient of the day, but punctuality is always a good sign for me, especially on a “holiday”. I also appreciated how fast we were to diagnose my problem and get to the point. I was in and out in 30 minutes. He was very kind and understanding and I will be definitely coming back for my follow up with the new medication for my skin issues. ?? thank you! ”

My visit was fine but the app gave me a different appointment time so I was only able to spend 5 minutes with my doctor before the next patient arrived.

After booking my appointment through ZocDoc I got a text messages saying If I canceled same day then they would charge me $50. They rescheduled me 2 times just hours before my appointment. The last email message showed me as being scheduled for 6:30. Then at 5:30 I received an email saying I was charged $50 for not showing up for my appointment that was at 5:30 to 6:30. I am very disappointed in the fact that I never got to actually speak to the doctor, but got charged $50 anyways. They rescheduled me twice and I have proof that the last appointment I was scheduled for was at 6:30, not 5:30 as they are claiming.

I was so pleasantly surprised with how understanding he was and I felt seen and heard the entire time. And, it was such a relief knowing he will have a plan in place and won't make you go back and forth to figure out a diagnosis. Would highly recommend, especially for those who've been hesitant on getting care due to past experiences.

I moved here recently and needed a new PCP. I was anxious about finding a new PCP but left my appointment feeling confident I made the right decision in coming. Kal was friendly and welcoming immediately! I appreciate how he addressed each of my concerns and ensured I felt confident in the next steps.

I specifically said what I needed in an appointment, and to not see me if they couldn't help me with it. Then we wouldn't be wasting our time, and my money, going to a doctor that did the same thing my general doctor would do and my insurance covers him. This made my appointment with a new doctor completely pointless! He told me one thing and then did another. And, how many appointments do you have to go through, for them to finally help you?
Also, I clicked that he arrived on time. But he told me he would create a plan that night and put it in my after visit summery and said we'd meet again in 2 days. He didn't schedule one, and when I did, the time changed a couple times. It kept going back and forth between in person & telehealth. I had no idea what was going on. Until I read the "plan." It was a complete waste of my time!

He is just getting started, so his office was not labeled in the building, so his suite was tricky to find in the building. The address was spot on. Also, the office is still under construction. But he was easy to talk to and flexible, and got exactly the care I wanted.

Dr. Kal and I were able to easily have a conversation during the checkup which made it really easy to walk through everything that was needed. It felt so easy to bring up concerns, complications. Dr. Kal was also able to explain the reasons for some of my concerns so clearly and concisely in a way that I could understand. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Dr. Kal for a great visit and making my visits to the doctor a lot more relaxed

Dr. Kal has been one of the few doctors I've seen who has been able to concisely talk to me about my concerns and clarify any doubts. It was so easy to bring up past issues, concerns and worrisome details without any kind of fear of judgment. I was able to easily talk to Dr. Kal as well and I know for a fact that I'll be back for any kind of concerns I may have in the future

Honestly one of the best doctor visits I have ever had. Dr. Elliott was super thorough without being extra, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and did not rush me at all. He clearly knew his stuff and broke down the plan step by step so I knew exactly what was going on and why.
What stood out most was how dialed in he was. He listened, asked smart follow-up questions, and did not dismiss anything I brought up. You can tell when a provider is just going through the motions versus someone who genuinely cares. This was the latter.
The whole visit felt efficient, respectful, and low stress. Zero ego, zero confusion, just solid medical care. I left feeling confident, informed, and taken seriously, which is honestly rare.
