Dr. Matthew Winokur was born in Huntington, New York and raised in East Northport, New York. He received his Bachelors degree in Biology at Stony Brook University in August, 1996. He then went on to receive his doctorate at Life University in June, 2000. Following his internship, he began practicing in Georgia and then on Long Island in a high volume office where his main concentration was caring for patients in acute trauma. Dr. Winokur offers excellent hands-on chiropractic technique as well as a unique emotional sensitivity to patient suffering. He currently continues to treat patients as well as provide administrative support and management to all the professional staff.
