Dr. Ronis is amazing! I really appreciated his sense of humor throughout the entire procedure. I didn't have to wait for one minute. As soon as I filled out the paperwork, I was walked into the examination room and Dr. Ronis came in. He was kind and extremely thorough. I was super nervous for my visit, but he managed to put me completely at ease. This guy knows his stuff! What a fantastic doctor!

Dr.Ronis is fantastic. This was my first time visiting him and he went out of his way to explain all my symptoms and what could be causing them. He is a really nice man and a even better doctor

I was personally very anxious to see a specialist. Dr Ronis made me immediately feel comfortable. He was thorough, thoughtful, and funny. When finished he went through a diagram and explained everything he looked at and what he saw internally. It was a positive experience.

He's my favorite doc. He was my ENT when I lived in the city, over a decade ago. I'm happy to be back in the area to see him again. He's a first-rate doctor with a charming, funny demeanor. One of a kind!

Contrary to what's shown on Zocdoc, he isn't available for appointments at 8:30 am (as I had booked) since he only comes in at 9am. But once it was 9am I was seen right away and he we very efficient, clean, and polite.
I booked an appointment through ZocDoc with Dr. Ronis and had a pleasant consultation with him on March 16. He ordered several tests that took over a month to complete. On April 30, I used ZocDoc to book my follow up 9:15 appointment with Dr. Ronis for Monday, May 16. I got a confirmation email on April 30 and then TWO confirmation emails: one on May 9 and one on May 15. I then got a confirmation via text this morning, May 16, at 7:45am. When I got to the doctor's office at 9:10, the doors were locked. I called and the woman that answered the phone informed me that Dr. Ronis was on vacation this week. Upon telling her that I had booked the appointment through ZocDoc, her response was very condescending, suggesting that I was at fault for using this service instead of calling the office directly (which, BTW, I had tried to do but hung up after being on hold for 10 minutes).

Great Doc! Very Impressed!!

Was great. When he needed some help determining next steps for taking care of an ulcer in my throat, he had me referred to a colleague that day. At first they thought I may need admitted to the hospital for an infection, but with some immediate testing they were able to determine that I'd be okay with a prescription antibiotic. Everything was cleared up within a week. I am so grateful for their help.

Very kind and care doctor...

Office staff was very friendly. Wait time was long but I'm not sure that's typical. Maybe someone needed a lot more time with the doc than planned. Doc was very friendly so we'll see if it helps!

Dr. Ronis was so knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough. I felt so relieved because of how he handled my unfamiliar/unusual (to me) symptoms and fear & anxiety, and he was so reassuring and patient with me. His audiologist was wonderful, too. He really knows his stuff and is one of the best doctors I've ever seen and I'm so glad he had availability when I needed it!
Really personable and educated me about what was going on in a simple way. He is the third doctor I've been to for the same problem! Finally found the right one.
He is a great doctor. He explained everything he was doing, step by step. The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly. He answered all of my questions.
Verified patient
Dr. Ronis is funny, kind, and very gentle. Though I feel that, being in my 30's, I'm on the younger side of his client base, he's still very easy to talk to and discuss treatments. He knows what he's doing and I would recommend him for anyone needing an ENT specialist!
he is great

My internist recommended Dr. Ronis to me many years ago to treat hearing loss after a winter virus. I've been going to him ever since and recommend the office highly.
Dr Ronis was incredibly friendly and even very funny. Doctor's offices can sometimes be very serious (by nature obviously) and awkward, but he made the appointment very comfortable and it didn't even feel like an examination. In addition to this, he explained everything very thoroughly and several times stopped to ask if I had any questions. Highly recommend him!
