I scheduled the appt the prior evening around 530pm. I was the 1st appt and arrived 30 min early - 15 min after the office opened. So they had not received anything from ZocDoc. Had to fill out their online check-in via mobile web, including ID and insurance pics. Minor inconvenience but manageable.
The office was very clean, polite and professional. I was seen well before my scheduled appt, some discussion over reason for visit and next steps, treatment, etc. All handled very professionally.
As it is urgent-care, I was not scheduled for any specific Doctor/Phys Assistant. I was seen by both for initial screening and full review.
I was actually wrapped up and released just prior to my appt time. Everything was smooth and easy.
I've never used an urgent-care office before, and was hesitant, as opposed to seeking a specific practicing doctor, but in this case I am very satisfied with the experience.

Bad, do not recommend. Booked my appointment for 6:30pm and the building was completely closed, doors locked, all lights off. The hours on the door were listed until 8pm. Clearly they were unaware I had booked an appointment.

Doctor Rodriguez was very efficient & very concerned about my condition! He even called the next day to check & see if I recieved my medication! I truly hope to get him again whenever I'm in medical need!!!
