I was not happy with my visit. I felt the office lobby and office were dirty. My visit was not very comprehensive.

She was very professional and she answered all of my questions but she wasn't warm or personable.
She was nice. But I don't feel like she helped me much with my problem of eczema on my eyelid.
true to appt time. staff is very courteous. would recommend this dermatologist anytime.
Overall she was good. Diagnosis was on point. Office staff needs some work.

Dr Leung is very knowledgable and efficient . She is direct and no none-sense.
I think she might be good, but wasn't 100% happy with the assistance
The visit overall was good except for the waiting period.
You can’t tell a patient to strip in front of the doctor and her college intern. You’re supposed to let them do that alone in the room and get a gown(?) and she didn’t listen to anything I said and wasn’t really answering my concerns
Professional manner, answered all questions.

Long wait times, visit is brief and rushed due to office space being shared, I thought it was only a day out of the week but ends up this issue occurs all the time, I have a followup appointment which she specifically asked I make in the afternoon because of the wait times so I hope that will be better experience

Fantastic, honest and knowledgeable

It was short and very informal.

Dr. Leung was able to assess my situation my asking in depth questions. She asked me to recap my symptoms and history until she was able to diagnose my situation. She was very patient with me.
Right to the point.

My appointment lasted 5 minutes. She didn't touch my face not prescribe anything. At the time, I had Medicaid, so I wasn't able to see my regular Dermatologist.
The Dr only recommend me and wrote out prescription over the counter, and told me nothing I wanted to hear,,, awful I will never go again and they seem prejudice. ....they suck it was a nightmare very unhappy. ....
Excellent and right to the point.

Very straightforward. Didn't make me wait around in a paper gown. Just came in and undressed and did a quick thorough scan of my skin. Very nice and respectful.
Office needs updating badly.
Besides the wait,I felt rushed.Doctor had too many patients and she had an aggressive attitude not only wuth me as I overheard how she spoke to otherr patients I will not come back. She was not very professional.
Dr. Lee is "knowledgeable" however she didn't know too much about ZOCDOC which was disturbing since she is a member??? I was told by the Kind staff that the "BUSINESS" is on Zoc Doc therefore the Doctors don't know they're on the site and have no clue that paperwork was already submitted. Initially the doc and I had words and when she mellowed she was able to do a good job.
Worse doctor I ever went too. For one she didn't properly greet me. When I asked her what I have she didn't know the actual name of what I have and spoke in a rude manner. She talked to me rudely when I asked her of any alternative of what to do. She left me hopeless and didn't even greet me goodbye, give me a prescription or book a schedule for me to revisit. Not saying I was going too anyway. But by far the worse doctor I ever went too. I don't know if it was cause I am a African American, she's just rude, or both.
The doctor was thorough during my skin screening, but she made a comment that really rubbed me the wrong way. I had some discoloration on my inner thighs from chafing (it's summer, it's hot, etc.), and she said, "If you take some weight off, this will not happen." I found this unprofessional for a number of reasons. First, such a remark could be extremely triggering for someone with a past ED or a history of disordered eating. Secondly, I have weighed significantly less than I currently do (like 30-40 pounds lighter), and I still experienced chafing in the summer. And a number of my friends, some who are thinner than me, some who are not, also experience chafing from time to time. It doesn't have to necessarily do with weight. Thirdly, my primary doctor hasn't suggested that I need to lose weight (blood pressure and blood sugar are good, I'm reasonably active, I eat mostly healthily). Fourth, there are over-the-counter solutions to chafing. Why didn't the doctor recommend any of those instead of commenting on my weight?

An awful experience from the front desk staff to the Dr Leung. I called to postpone because I was running late. They encouraged me to come in later and when I did, I waited over 2 hrs and it appeared as though I was to blame. I will stick to my usual dermatologist.
Verified patient
It was excellent.
Doctor did a thorough examination. She clearly answered all my questions. As a medical doctor myself, I think dr. Leung is a highly qualified dermatologist.
I recommend this professional for my friends.
My visit with Dr Leung went very well she explained things in a way that was very easy to understand the staff was very friendly and accommodating would recommend her service.
