About Dr. Gloria Lin
Gloria Lin, MD, MS, FAAD is a board certified dermatologist practicing with Schweiger Dermatology Group in Manhattan, NY. Her expertise includes medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology for adult and pediatric patients.
Dr. Lin graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Neuroscience and Georgetown University with an M.S. in Physiology and Biophysics. She received her M.D. from Hofstra University where she served as class president all four years and was selected as a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor society for her academic achievements, leadership, and community service. Dr. Lin completed her internal medicine internship at New York University and went on to dermatology residency at the University of Connecticut where she served as Chief Resident.
She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and has authored multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters and given presentations at conferences and for the general community. She serves as volunteer faculty for both the University of Connecticut and Northwell Health providing lectures, boards review, and mentorship for the residents and medical students. In addition, she will serve as a faculty preceptor for the Mt. Sinai residents at Elmhurst Hospital providing care to an underserved community while teaching the future generation of dermatologists.
Dr. Lin is passionate about providing high quality patient-centered care. She has a particular interest in skin cancer, psoriasis, and atopic dermatitis among others. She is committed to helping her patients by working together to formulate a personalized treatment plan while providing education regarding skin health.
