This was my initial meeting with Dr Feng as my primary care physician… my initial intake. Dr Feng took the time needed to review my medical and family history which is complex and took longer than a regular visit. I left the appt feeling very confident in her knowledge and skill by the questions she asked and the time spent along with the follow up with my previous Dr in New York. I highly recommend her if you are seeking a new PCP or Internist.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I left my appointment today feeling pretty disappointed in the care I received. The front desk was staffed with potentially the least friendly people I've ever encountered in a health care setting. Inconvenience with my insurance prompted an extremely snarky attitude from the woman who was helping me- her name tag was turned around so I can't even name her here. The rest of the staff seemed super bothered to work around the trouble entering my insurance info. Which, correct me if I'm wrong here, is their literal job...The nurses were the only good thing about my experience- I saw Octavia and Shay and they both were patient, professional,and friendly. Dr. Feng is very knowledgeable but was ultimately in a rush to get to whatever was next and told me to hold off telling her about my concerns and just schedule procedures instead (?) I had concerns about a few things she didn't even look at with me. She actually stopped me from asking questions because the appointment was only for "preventative care". Maybe I'm wrong- but isn't that what an annual physical is for? To identify issues to then schedule follow up appointments for? I don't think I will be returning to this location for primary care ever again. It seems like a great place if you're in a pinch but I could not confidently return to this office and feel like my medical concerns will be adequately
heard/met by the staff.

The UW Medicine practice in South Lake Union was clean, orderly, and super convenient. I checked in and was immediately seen by the doctor I was scheduled to see. Dr. Feng was very professional and good at listening, and I trusted her opinion when I asked for her recommendation regarding certain tests etc. I'd definitely recommend her!
