Dr Shah's approach was informative and receptive to a new patient who has lacked self care for quite some time. Payal Shah, MD has been practicing medicine since 2008. After graduation from Ross University School of Medicine, she completed a family medicine residency associated with Temple University in Pennsylvania.
Dr. Shah is a Board-Certified Family Physician experienced in serving Outpatient, Hospital, Nursing Home, Rehab patients and as a Medical Expert in civil litigation.

Dr. Shah was very nice and had a very good bedside manner. Her staff was very friendly. The 3-star rating, however, is for the severe lack of social distancing in her office, and for how difficult it is to get in contact with her for test results, and for a follow-up. I left messages several times, the voicemail is now full, and I didn't receive any confirmation for a video visit I had scheduled with her through her website to review test results and to review my requests for referrals and important medication refills. I would recommend her for a one-time visit, but I would not recommend her for ongoing care.

I loved it there! She and her PA were extremely helpful and informative. They explained the diagnosis and what they planned to do about it and gave me lots of details about what to expect with treatment as well as a follow up. I am very appreciative of the care I received.

Dr. Shah was incredibly kind and understanding! I have been to several other doctors who have brushed off how I’ve been feeling, but she took the time to truly listen, and assured me that we will figure out what’s wrong. She is very warm and easy to talk to. I finally feel like I’ll get to the bottom of what’s been going on with me!
