Office staff are incompetent. Rescheduled initial exam twice at the last minute after having appointment for weeks in advance. Steer clear of this office until they get their act together.

The only reason I gave 4 stars for the time is because I was a new patient. So you know how that goes. Have to fill out the paperwork and there was an issue with my insurance. Other than that, Dr. Janson was alright to me. She listened to my concerns. Didn't cut me off in the middle of my questions like some other doctors do. Offered some tips and advice here and there. She's good in my book.

Very unprofessional office staff. They did not have my lab results ready when I went for a follow up. Actually, they had no knowledge of why I was there. The main doctor is never in and they are always clueless as to what you’re there for. I’ve had two unpleasant visits with this practice.

She's an awesome doctor. Listen very well and because I do not have insurance very helpful to get a cheaper treatment. The wait time was the worst in my condition. Otherwise I would recommend her to anyone.
