They claimed to take my insurance took my card number ect. Then they decided they didn’t take it called me up later that day and said they couldn’t accept it after they had the info and said they could . Then they called me saying are you ready for yr appointment very confusing and then again saying it was cancelled. Due to my insurance

I had entered my insurance information online and it said that my insurance was accepted here. After I drive 45 min to get to the office, then waiting 20 min in an extremely hot waiting room that wasn’t very clean, they pull me to the front desk and inform me that my insurance was in fact *not* taken in that office. A complete waste of time and worse environment. They said they stopped taking my insurance company after Covid. It’s been 4 years since Covid. But still accepted my insurance and confirmed it online ahead of the appointment.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this doctor’s office has been frustrating enough that I feel compelled to speak up. The administrative side of this practice is incredibly disorganized and inefficient. Paperwork that should take a couple of days gets delayed for weeks. I repeatedly called to follow up—it’s as if the burden of managing their tasks falls on the patient. If you’re not constantly on top of them, things simply don’t get done. I had to come in person to plead to have my pre op paperwork get submitted for a surgery that was in less than a week. Even worse, they’ve missed ordering key tests during appointments, which means I’ve had to return on another day just to complete what should have been handled the first time. As someone with a busy schedule, it’s incredibly frustrating to waste time coming back for errors that are completely avoidable. I would not recommend them unless you have the time and patience to micromanage your own care.

Dr Vinh wasn’t there today but I saw his partner Dr Edouard. I cannot say enough about Dr Edouard and his staff. They were all friendly and welcoming. Dr Edouard was personable, thorough,professional and he actually listened. This is a quality that seems to be hard to come by these days....
