Megan's interest in nutrition started in high school when she met a dietitian while visiting her grandfather in the hospital. Witnessing the dietitian interact with her grandfather in a compassionate and caring manner is why she pursued a career as a dietitian. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy enables her to support clients with various conditions, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight management, disease prevention, and wellness. Megan has an additional passion for cooking, trying new recipes, and exploring the great outdoors with her family and pets. Megan believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a holistic approach. She thrives by helping her clients find their path to food freedom. Megan graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed a Master's Degree from the University of Alabama and Maryland of Integrative Health. Megan enjoys traveling, time outside, spending time with her family and friends, and taking her dogs for walks.
