She also completed an ocular disease and primary care residency at Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital in Sacaton, Arizona. She joined Chandler Eyecare in August of 2008. Can't say enough about my annual eye check up and Megan Van Over and her staff. I never have to wait long and I get a very accurate and thorough exam.

After 20 years with the same OD she retired. We decided it was time to find someone closer to home. Fortunately after some searching my wife found Dr. Van Over. I was very happy with the the visit. I'm in the dry stage of macular degeneration in one eye. Dr. Van Over showed be the pictures which I've seen several times but this time through her explanation I actually got it. Everyone has a macular in each eye but the white spot in the center of one of my maculars is the degeneration. It's probably been me most of the years (my previous OD probably explained too) but it's nice to actually understand the problem better.
